Appointment with App and Smartphone/Tablet

iOS^TM/iPadOS^TM (Apple): Download in App Store^TM
Android^TM (other manufacturers): Download in Google Play^TM

To run the installation, you need a mobile device that runs Android^TM (applies to most manufacturers), or an iPhone^TM or iPad^TM from Apple^TM.

The CLICKDOC app from our partner CGM (CompuGroup Medical Deutschland AG) is available free of charge from Google Play for Android devices or from the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. Clicking the store links in the text will take you to the app. Alternatively, you can use the buttons, or you may scan the QR-code to download the app.

Appointments online with PC/Mac/Notebook/Laptop

To make an appointment via our website, you need your computer and an Internet browser, i.e. Chrome^TM, Firefox^TM, Edge^TM, Safari^TM, or Opera^TM.

If you would like to book your appointment from your computer, please use the service on our Appointments Online page.

Before arranging your first appointment, please create your account (“CGM LIFE account”). You can create your account either in the app or accessing the online form. Your access data are valid for both. Having an account, you can use it at all doctors and practices that offer CGM LIFE eSERVICES.

Brief instructions

1. Open the login window:
   • App: “Mehr” > “Mein Profil” > “Noch nicht registriert? Hier klicken.”
   • Online: “Termine online” > “Anmelden” > “Jetzt registrieren”
2. Enter the necessary data.
3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from cgm.com.
4. To confirm, click the link in the e-mail and log in to your account.
5. IMPORTANT: Please activate the Super PIN in your account in case you lose your password.
6. Print the leaflet with your e-mail address, customer number and Super PIN.
7. Optional: Select a security question for additional protection.

Please note that the app, as well as the online-service, is available in German only.

Brief instructions

Please call us to arrange appointments such as out-patient surgery, injections (e.g. as part of an allergy therapy), lab tests, Botox treatments, hyaluronan applications, peelings, or aesthetical treatments.

1. Please open the CLICKDOC app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Now log in with your e-mail address and password of your account (“CGM LIFE account”). Before that, you have to create the account ( download the instructions (German only)).
3. Search for your doctor, e.g. “Handrick Berlin”, or select him/her under “Meine Ärzte”.
4. Tap the selected doctor.
5. Touch the “Request” button.
6. Select the desired week in the “Termine” section.
7. Select a suitable date (time) and click.
8. On the following screen, you will receive a summary of the appointment information. Please enter further details for the appointment here.
9. Finally, you can send your desired appointment by tapping on “Requests” (top right).
10. The appointment is considered fixed as soon as you receive our confirmation of the appointment by e-mail or SMS.

1. Please go to the “Appointments online” page on our website.
2. In the box “CGM LIFE eSERVICES”, you can log in with the e-mail address and password of your account (“CGM LIFE account”), which you have to create before ( download the instructions (German only)).
3. Please click the field “Termine vereinbaren” (“eTermine”).
4. In the upper area on the right, you can set your preferred week. The appointment type and your doctor are predefined.
5. In the lower area (scroll if necessary), click on an available appointment in the selected week. If no available date is displayed, please choose another week.
6. On the following screen, you will receive a summary of the appointment information. Please enter any additional information required for the appointment here.
7. Finally, please send your desired appointment by clicking on “Termin buchen” (bottom right).
8. The appointment is considered fixed as soon as you receive our confirmation of the appointment by e-mail or SMS.
