Some insurances even cover the screening starting at the age of 18 <span lang=\"EN-CA\">(TKK, Barmer, HEK, IKK BB, BKK Landesverband Mitte, BIG Gesundheit, Knappschaft, BKK mobil, Bahn direct, Vivactiv, Novatis)<\/span>. Private insurances cover the cost of annual skin cancer screenings at any age.<\/p>\n<p>During the \u201cSkin Check-up\u201d, the entire skin surface is examined. Conspicuous skin changes are examined more closely using a microscope.
