Hairdressers and dental hygienists, for example, can often develop allergic contact eczema, while nurses or gardeners may develop abrasive eczema through frequent contact with fluids and irritants.<\/p>\n<p>If an occupational illness is suspected, the appropriate employer\u2019s liability insurance will be notified following the completion of medical history and a comprehensive allergy diagnostic exam.\u00a0 The insurance, together with the dermatologist and a centre for skin protection, will support the therapy and provide training to protect the skin.
