Private insurances cover the cost of annual skin cancer screenings at any age.
During the “Skin Check-up”, the entire skin surface is examined. Conspicuous skin changes are examined more closely using a microscope. If there are signs of a malignancy or a so-called atypical symptom, stemming from irregularities in the structure and cell development, surgical removal is essential.
